Spring Mountain Ranch Specific Plan

Lead the engineering team as Principal in Charge and Project Manager on the 1,521 residential lots in Riverside County. Project scope included entitlements such as a Specific Plan and Environmental Impact Report, multiple planning areas Tract Maps including the establishment of design guidelines, standards and policies for hillside grading, traffic and circulation, water distribution system, wastewater collection system and management of surface water runoff. In addition to jurisdictional permitting, also included in the scope was the coordination with the Riverside County Flood Control over various soft bottom channel design and other regional storm drain facilities. Grading designs entailed the movement of 6 Million cubic yards of earthwork excavation overcoming the challenge of a balance in the dirt onsite.

RAMSGATE Master Planned Community

In association with PBS&J, lead the engineering team as Principal in Charge and Project Manager on the RamsGate master planned residential development in Lake Elsinore. Scope included hillside grading, traffic and circulation designs, water distribution system, wastewater collection system and management of surface water runoff, coordination with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Services for section 7 consultation and establishment of habitat mitigation plans.

Mountain Gate

Leadership in the master-planning, engineering and infrastructure design team on Mountain Gate, a 3,000-unit master planned community in Corona, California

Chapman Heights – Yucaipa, CA

Lead the engineering team as Principal in Charge and Project Manager on a 1,000-ac master-planned golf-course community in Yucaipa. The project included the Yucaipa Valley Golf Club, a public school, and a 25-ac retail center. Project scope provided for also included mapping and final engineering of various planning areas.

Long Beach Sports Park

Lead the engineering team as Principal in Charge and Project Manager in providing engineering support services on a 58 acres Sports Park in the City of Long Beach. The sports park included 6 softball diamonds, 5 volleyball courts, 4 soccer fields, tennis arenas, softball fields and batting cages, concessions and maintenance buildings

AutoNation, Staubach Retail

Lead the engineering team as Principal in Charge and Project Manager in providing mapping, planning, engineering and construction administration services numerous AutoNation and Staubach auto dealerships.
